The space given to us for designing the store is specific. It does not exceed 30 sq. m. Consequently, it is a narrow space with a small facade and free height inside. We needed something quite impressive, almost like an archaeological find, to get the prospective visitor looking for it in the process. Doing our research, we found that the most authentic fastfood restaurant is the canteen. A canteen has several shapes depending on its country of origin. We chose the canteen matching the product for sale, the burger. We emptied the space, stripped the walls and left visible the marks of the previous use. Indoor we put neon lights, industrial items and placed our canteen. The canteen has a retro 50s aesthetic from the streets of America. It is the dominant element. The only one needed to serve its purpose. In combination with its framing details, it creates an aesthetic that combines different eras, places and flavors.
