The house aimed to embrace a young couple with two children at the beginning. The building is located almost in the center of the plot, leaving free space around it and staying distant from the southeastern boundaries. There is a slight elevation so that the basement can enclose a car park, gym, and a small guest house. Crankchers allow ample and direct lighting and ventilation of the semibasement space. House's design includes a zone of auxiliary rooms as "protection" from the North. All the other living spaces extend to the southeastern zoning of the plot. Countryard's configuration allows the house to be directly in contact with the ground due to its elevation. A prerequisite for the owners was an extroverted residence with still an element of individual privacy
